MRA provides all day to day operational direction for the building. Any issues / inquiries related to your unit should be made to them. MRA will provide the required direction to and / or coordinate with the appropriate service provider and Board (where necessary) to resolve the issue.

|
Access point to for contact with the Board about general concerns with the condo and overall management of it. Operational issues should be raised through MRA and not through this email for quickest action.

Building Mechanical
|
Subcommittee is responsible for the overall mechanical operation of the building. The subcommittee sets strategic and tactical direction for efficient and reliable operation of the building.

Communications
|
Subcommittee is responsible for the communication venues (website / bulletin boards) and policies. Subcommittee will maintain the website and content. They will also oversee compliance with the information forum rules.

Corporate Rental Suite Sale
|
Subcommittee is coordinating the listing and sale of the condo corporation’s owned suite.
|

|
Security
|
Subcommittee oversees the condo’s security policy and programs. Works with service providers to establish coverage and technology. Security breaches should be raised with the police or MRA to ensure immediate action depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
